Φ, Empty Set

A solo exhibition by Shisi Huang

7 October – 5 November 2016

Shisi Huang’s interactive spatial installations alter perceptual dimensions of time and space. Inspired by haunting personal experiences, Huang’s work presents questions and processes rather than answers and outcomes. She generates images by bending and reflecting live, captured footage and places the viewers in between layers of real time-space and disordered time-space.

Aggregate Space Gallery is pleased to host Φ, Empty Set, an exhibition of space, light, and echos of the viewer themselves that puts them at the intersection of remembering and forgetting.
