Aggregate Space Gallery
FIRST 50 Fundraiser

Aggregate Space is Made By Artists. Made For Artists. Made For YOU!

In celebration of our first 50 exhibitions at Aggregate Space Gallery, we are producing a commemorative art book and other fantastic ASG swag.

The limited-edition book ASG First 50 will showcase the artists, and the works they produced for ASG, that made this collection of exhibits dear to our hearts and laid the groundwork for additional innovative programming.

Our fine line-up of beer koozies, tote bags, beanies, lapel pins, and lip balm will feature images from artist Richard Jonathan Nelson who recently exhibited at ASG. The marvelous swag and apparel will be adorned with stills from Nelson's textile video installation Anastatica, which explored revival, time, and the mental weight of temporal presence.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will support our operations, endow our visual art exhibitions, performing arts events, and writing residencies, and allow for ASG’s continued focus on experimental projects that do not solely rely on commercial sales. Plus, a portion of your donation is tax deductible!

"The staff at ASG believe art should be displayed with respect ... It should look museum-quality. Not for the intent to sell, but to remove the distractions, to uphold the artist, and to support what they’re doing."

"We need your help to bolster and grow our unique resource for Bay Area art and artists. A base of individual support will go a long way to ensure our future. Any size gift will make a huge difference—truly!"

At Aggregate Space Gallery (ASG), we support, exhibit, and advocate for emerging visual artists in the Bay Area. This work is increasingly challenging and infinitely rewarding. We are here for you - and, with your help, we’re not going anywhere. Will you partner with us to keep space for immersive art experiences that ignite critical conversations and build community? Together, we can. Thank you for considering a gift to ASG today. With your help, we can keep art ambitious and keep the vibrancy of visual art in Oakland. Host thought. Host community. Hold this space with us. Thank you, Conrad Meyers, Executive Director
